The structure includes a professional close-out of the building/project and the implementation of MechManage® program; a program to smoothly transition from the construction phase of the building/project to ownership and use with contractors' support. This would only apply to medium to small commercial and to residential buildings.
The program is focused upon partnering between HVAC contractors and local inspectors with the building owner and the general public's welfare, energy and investment goals in mind. The MechManage® management program also invites for a partnership between HVAC stakeholders and contractors. The message being we (HVAC stakeholders) want you the building owners to be the best possible caretakers of your welfare, energy and investment and we (HVAC stakeholders) are here to support you in the management of these goals.
One caveat, rather than other HVAC stakeholders, certified HVAC contractors (dealers) shall provide, oversee and help administer and maintain it with consumers.
