Frequently Asked Questions:

            Q.   Can we use are own contracts, procedures and methods we've developed over the years
for the many disciplines we offer our customers, such as...service agreements, balancing,
                      energy, IAQ, etc.?

               A.   Yes!  The program provides guidance in most, if not all, the disciplines a contractor has to
offer their customers. However, the program (as of yet) does not dictate the "how nor  the
means" by which you deliver those disciplines.

               Q.   Are we required to sign a dealer contract outlining the requirements and fees to maintain
                      our dealership?

               A.   Yes!

               Q.   Are there certain requirements and standards that have to be met?

               A.   Yes!  The "consumer standard of care" has to be met; there are no exceptions.  If
contractors fail to satisfy the "standard of care" they run the risk of being
decertified as dealers of the program.

               Q.   Can we add standards beyond the required program's "standard of care" for
                      consumers?

               A.   Yes!  The program, is designed for input from contractors, encouraging them to be creative
.                     and utilizing the many talents of their employees.

               Q.   Will the "consumer standard of care" be raised in the future?

               A.   Yes! Contractors will have to meet the current "consumer standard of
care"  to be certified and to maintain certification as dealers.

               Q.   Why become a dealer now?

               A.   It would be simpler to incorporate the program with the current "consumer standard of
care" minimum level and then grow with the program as the minimum standards are
raised.  Many benefits come from early participation of a growing industry and evolving
                      platform.

               Q.   Is the "standard of care" monitored?

               A.   Yes!  There's a procedure in place now for us to monitor our present program's
"consumer standard of care."  Our monitoring would be confined to our "standard of care"                        only and  not any additional standards provided by individual contractors, such as
                      QI & QM.

              Q.   Does the program initially require a lot of training for us to implement the program?

              A.   No!  The initial training on the dealer handbook reviewing the program, reporting
documents, fees etc. can be done in a couple of hours by attending a webinar or by
                     attending an on-site training session.
